摘要：卵巢储备功能下降是临床常见的妇科生殖内分泌疾病,发病率呈逐年上升趋势,对育龄期妇女的生殖健康存在极大威胁。中医认为肾虚为其主要病机,左归丸为补肾填精之经典方。文章通过总结左归丸联合激素替代治疗卵巢储备功能下降,发现左归丸联合激素替代治疗卵巢储备功能下降性月经过少,可以取得很好的临床疗效。
Ovarian reserve decline is a common gynecological reproductive disease in the clinical practice.The incidence rate is increasing year by year,which threatens reproductive health of women of childbearing age.TCM believes that kidney deficiency is the main pathogenesis and the Zuogui pills(左归丸)is the classic prescription of tonifying kidney and filling essence.The Zuogui pills combined with hormone replacement can achieve a good clinical effect in the treatment of hypomenorrhea with decreased ovarian reserve function.
