摘要：目的探索隋唐时期相关专著中论述的求子方药证治用药规律,以期为现代中医临床不孕症辨证治疗、选方用药提供参考。方法选择专著中专门论述“求子”的章节建立对应数据库,应用中医传承辅助平台软件(V2.5)集成的药物频次统计、规则分析等相关功能,分析求子相关方药的用药规律。结果共筛选出求子处方34首,含药物112味,挖掘出高频(频次≥5次)药物26味,高频(频次≥6次)药物组合39组,演化得到2个核心药物组合和2首新处方。结论隋唐时期医药专著的求子治疗方剂功效多为温阳化瘀,比较切合肾阳虚、瘀滞、气血虚的病机。该数据分析可为中医临床治疗肾阳虚、寒凝血瘀型不孕症的选方用药提供借鉴,有利于提高本病临床效果。
Objective To explore the medication rules of syndrome differentiation and treatment in the prescriptions for childbearing discussed in relevant monographs of the Sui and Tang Dynasties,so as to provide references for the syndrome differentiation treatment and prescription medication of infertility in modern clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Methods The chapters specifically discussing“childbearing”in monographs was selected to establish a corresponding database.The relevant functions integrated in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistant Platform Software(V2.5),such as drug frequency statistics and rule analysis,were applied to analyze the medication rules of prescriptions related to childbearing.Results A total of 34 childbearing prescriptions were screened out,containing 112 medicinal herbs.A total of 26 high-frequency medicinal herbs(frequency≥5)and 39 high-frequency herb combinations(frequency≥6)were excavated.Through evolution,2 core herb combinations and 2 new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion The formulas for treating infertility in the medical monographs of the Sui and Tang dynasties are mostly effective in warming yang and removing blood stasis,which is quite consistent with the pathogenesis of kidney yang deficiency,blood stasis and qi-blood deficiency.The data analysis can provide reference for the selection of formulas and drugs in the clinical treatment of infertility due to kidney yang deficiency and cold coagulation and blood stasis in TCM,which is conducive to improving the clinical effect of this disease.
