摘要：目的:总结中西医诊治特发性肺间质纤维化的研究进展。方法:通过回顾和总结近年来相关文献,论述特发性肺间质纤维化中西医研究进展。结果:现代医学对本病的研究不断深入,新的治疗药物和治疗手段层出不穷,但是总体临床疗效欠佳,目前还没有特效治疗药物。中医辨证治疗本病有一定的优势,显示出了中医药不可替代的作用。结论:特发性肺间质纤维化的治疗应当充分发挥中西医各自的优势,中西医结合,是未来的趋势。
Objective:To summarize the research progress of treating idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis in integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods:The research progress of treating idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis in Chinese and Western medicine was reviewed through reviewing and summarizing the related literatures in recent years.Results:Modern medicine research on this disease continued to deepen and new therapeutic drugs and treatment methods emerged endlessly,but the overall clinical efficacy was poor,there was no specific treatment drugs at present.TCM syndrome differentiation had certain advantages in the treatment of this disease,which proved the irreplaceable role of traditional Chinese medicine.Conclusion:The treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis should give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,and the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine was a trend in the future.
