摘要：以血浆皮质酮和皮质醇浓度及光镜和电镜下的组织学观察为效应指标，观察热补针法对小鼠肾上腺皮质结构和功能的影响。结果表明：热补针法能明显改善肾阳虚小鼠的肾上腺皮质的结构和功能，提高血浆中皮质激素水平，抑制肾上腺皮质的萎缩，促进细胞内的物质代谢和激素合成过程。热补针法的调整效应明显优于捻转补法，说明热补针法对肾阳虚证小鼠的肾上腺皮质具有相对特异性。
Effects of heat reinforcing manipulation on adrenocortical structures and functions were investigated by using plasma corticosterone and cortisol contents and histological observation under optical microscope and electric microscope.Results indicated that the heat reinforcing manipulation could obviously improve adrenocotical structures and functions,increasing plasma adrenocortical hormone le vels, inhibiting atrophy of the adrenal cortex,promoting metabolism of substance and synthesis of the hormone in cells.The regulative effect of the heat reinforcing manipulation was obviously superior to that of twirling reinforcing manipulation,suggesting that the heat reinforcing manipulation is of relative specificity for adrenal cortex in the rat of kidney yang deficiency.
