摘要：搜集整理清代以前敦煌古医方及古代医籍,仅西汉、南北朝、南朝、唐、宋、元、明、清8代共46部,按不同年代及医籍引用同名方剂重复计,涉及有关麻黄汤133首。其中35部出现正名麻黄汤112首,17部出现异名麻黄汤22首。整理组方不同麻黄汤112首涉及中药119味,药物分为19类,单味用药总次数937次。分析研究历代麻黄汤组成可知:《伤寒论》麻黄汤由历代麻黄汤组成核心药物麻黄、甘草、杏仁、石膏构成。《敦煌古医方》麻黄汤组方中除青木香、吴茱萸、枳壳外,其他15味药均为频率大于0.6%的主干药。敦煌古医方所载麻黄汤组方与《备急千金要方》麻黄汤相比仅少犀角,可能为其后者的加减方。
Through the previous collection of Qing dynasty in Dunhuang ancient medical prescription and ancient medical books, only the western Han dynasty, the northern and southern dynasties, the southern dynasties, Tang, Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing 8 generations of a total of 46, according to different age and medical books reference name duplication involving the prescription, ephedra decoction 133 songs. 35 of them appear ephedra decoction 112 first name 17, department of ephedra decoction synonym 22 songs. 112 different finishing prescription ephedra decoction first involves 119 herbs, drugs are divided into 19 categories, the total number of single medication 937 times. Through the analysis of the composition of ephedra decoction concluded that Treatise on Febrile Diseases ephedra decoction by successive generations of ephedra decoction form the core of ephedra, licorice, almond gypsum.＂ Dunhuang ancient medical prescription＂ prescription in ephedra decoction except radsz, Wu Zhuyu, fructusaurantii, other 15 kinds of drugs are the main drug frequency greater than 0.6%. The Dunhuang ancient medical prescription contained ephedra decoction prescription and ＂emergency prescriptions＂ ephedra decoction compared to only a small horns, may be the the latter addition and subtraction Party.
