摘要:在中医养生康复技术教学过程中,通过“岗课赛证”相结合,以岗位工作任务为引领,整合教材内容、精准分析学情,开展“一主线、二主体、三对接、四融通”一体化设计,挖掘思政元素以落实立德树人的根本任务。课程采用线上线下结合的方式,在教学全过程以岗位任务为引领、以大赛标准为要求,结合证书考核点,借助信息平台与技术,综合运用多种教学方法突破教学重难点,达成教学目标。最后,结合立体动态的“四个评价”促进教与学的反思改进。在“岗课赛证”融合的育人模式下,学生学习兴趣浓厚、积极性增强、参与度提高,运用中医康复基本技能解决临床问题的能力得到提升,学习成效显著。
In the instructional process of Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Preservation and Rehabilitation Techniques,an integrated approach known as“post-class-competition-certificate”is employed.This method focuses on job-related tasks to restructure the teaching content,conduct a precise analysis of student characteristics,and implement a cohesive design characterized by“one main line,two subjects,three connections,and four integrations”.Furthermore,ideological and political elements are incorporated to fulfill the fundamental mission of moral education.By combining online and offline methodologies,the course guides the entire teaching process according to job task requirements while aligning with competition standards.It also integrates certification assessment criteria and leverages information platforms and technologies.A variety of teaching methods are utilized to address key challenges effectively,thereby achieving established educational objectives.A four-dimensional dynamic evaluation system is applied to foster reflection and improvement in both teaching practices and learning experiences.Under the“postclass-competition-certificate”educational model,students demonstrate increased interest,enhanced motivation,and greater engagement in their studies.Their ability to apply fundamental TCM rehabilitation skills for solving clinical problems shows significant improvement,resulting in notable learning outcomes.
