摘要：目的分析在中风后轻度认知障碍患者治疗中应用复方菖蒲益智汤联合尼莫地平治疗的临床效果。方法选取2017年10月~2019年4月进入本院接受治疗的中风后轻度认知障碍患者共104例作为研究对象,实验组患者接受复方菖蒲益智汤联合尼莫地平治疗。对照组患者接受常规治疗。结果治疗后,实验组认知改善情况显著优于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论中风后轻度认知功能障碍患者使用复方菖蒲益智汤联合尼莫地平片治疗的临床效果更显著,患者定向能力、记忆能力、注意力与计算力、回忆能力、语言能力和综合认知功能显著改善,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of compound calamus yizhi decoction combined with nimodipine in the treatment of patients with mild cognitive impairment after stroke.Methods A total of 104 patients with mild cognitive impairment after stroke who were admitted to our hospital for treatment from October 2017 to April 2019 were selected as research objects.Patients in the experimental group were treated with compound calamus yizhi decoction combined with nimodipine.The control group received routine treatment.Results After treatment,the cognitive improvement of the experimental group was signi?cantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of compound calamus yizhi decoction combined with nimodipine tablets in the treatment of patients with mild cognitive impairment after stroke is more signi?cant,and patients’orientation ability,memory ability,attention and calculation ability,recall ability,language ability and comprehensive cognitive function are signi?cantly improved,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
