摘要：近年来,糖尿病肾病(DKD)患病率持续攀升,严重危害人类健康。随着国内外学者对肠道菌群的深入研究,“肠-肾轴”理论日益受到关注,为多种肾脏疾病的临床治疗开辟了新思路。现代研究表明与脾土功能相通的肠道菌群通过代谢、炎症反应、肠-肾轴参与糖尿病肾病的发生,因此要重视从脾肾论治。文章将结合现代医学的肠道菌群调节策略和中医的培土制水法,通过先后天之本在水液代谢中的作用,基于菌群-肠-肾轴的角度探讨培土制水法论治糖尿病肾病,为临床防治DKD提供新的思路。
The prevalence of diabetic kidney disease(DKD)has been steadily increasing in recent years,posing a serious threat to human health.With in-depth research by domestic and international scholars on gut microbiota,the“gut-kidney axis”theory has garnered growing attention,opening new avenues for the clinical treatment of various kidney diseases.Modern studies have shown that gut microbiota,which is functionally connected to the spleen(Earth element in traditional Chinese medicine),participates in the pathogenesis of DKD through metabolism,inflammatory responses,and the gut-kidney axis.Therefore,it is essential to emphasize treatment based on the spleen and kidney.This article will combinemodern medical strategies for gut microbiota modulation andthe traditional Chinese medicine approach of“reinforcing the Earth to control Water”.By exploring the roles of the spleen and kidney(The kidney is the congenital root,and the spleen is the acquired root.)in water metabolism and the gut microbiota-kidney axis,this article aim to discuss the application of the“reinforcing Earth to control Water”method in treating DKD,providing new insights for its clinical prevention and treatment.
