摘要:【目的】探明寒旱区生态环境对不同生态型艾(Artemisia argyi Levl.et Vant.)品质形成的影响.【方法】以3个不同引种地(陇原、南阳和蕲春)艾为材料,采用光谱法和气相色谱-质谱(gas chromatography-mass spectrum,GC-MS)对艾叶提取液中主要活性物质含量、抗氧化能力及挥发性组分进行了测定与分析.【结果】3个生态型艾中可溶性糖、总黄酮和酚类化合物含量以及总抗氧化能力存在显著差异,其中可溶性糖呈现为:南艾>蕲艾>陇艾,总黄酮类呈现为:陇艾>蕲艾>南艾,总酚类呈现为:陇艾>南艾>蕲艾,总抗氧化能力(自由基抑制率和铁离子还原/氧化能力)均呈现为:陇艾>南艾>蕲艾;正丁醇萃取液中,陇艾、南艾和蕲艾叶中分别分离鉴定出97、90和91个挥发性有机化合物(volatile organic compounds,VOCs),乙酸乙酯萃取液中分别鉴定出80、71和25个VOCs.【结论】陇艾在寒旱区具有较强的品质形成能力,研究结果将对寒旱区艾引种栽培及质量提升等方面提供直接的依据和参考.
【Objective】To explore the effect of ecological environment in cold and arid region on quality formation in different eco-types of Artemisia argyi.【Method】Three ecotypes of A.argyi introduced from Longyuan of Gansu,Nanyang of Henan and Qichun of Hubei were used as experimental materials,and their extracts from leaf were used to determine and analyze the bioactivator content,antioxidant capacity and volatile component by spectrometry and GC-MS.【Result】There were significant differences in contents of soluble sugar,total flavonoids and phenols as well as antioxidant capacity among 3 different eco-types of A.argyi.The order of soluble sugar content was Nanyang>Qichun>Longyuan,the order of total flavonoids content was Longyuan>Qichun>Nanyang,the order of total phenols was Longyuan>Nanyang>Qichun,and the order of total antioxidant capacity(free radical inhibition rate and ferric reducing antioxidant ability)was Longyuan>Nanyang>Qichun.In n-butanol extracts,97,90 and 91 VOCs were separated and identified in leaf of A.argyi from Longyuan,Nanyang and Qichun,respectively,while in ethyl acetate extracts,83,75 and 25 VOCs were identified.【Conclusion】The eco-type of A.argyi from Longyuan show strong ability of quality formation in cold and arid region.The findings will provide basis and reference for introduction and cultivation as well as quality improvement of A.argyi in cold and arid regions.
