摘要：细胞自噬是一种独特的自我吞噬性细胞死亡方式,直接参与并影响了多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的发生、发展与转归,阻止颗粒细胞自噬、促进卵母细胞自噬、抑制卵泡膜细胞自噬可以有效地预防并改善PCOS患者的卵巢损伤。中药单体及中药复方可有效调控卵巢细胞自噬。
Autophagy is a unique self-degradative process of cell death that directly participates in and influences the onset,progression,and outcome of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Inhibiting granular cell autophagy,promoting oocyte autophagy,and suppressing theca cell autophagy can effectively prevent and ameliorate ovarian damage in PCOS patients.Both Chinese medicine monomers and compound formulas have been shown to effectively regulate ovarian cell autophagy.
