摘要：查阅相关文献,从中医内治法、外治法、综合疗法等三方面对中医药治疗四肢骨折的临床研究现状进行概述。认为中医药治疗四肢骨折疗效显著、安全性高、不良反应小、无明显禁忌证、临床应用广泛。但该领域研究中仍存在诸多不足,如临床研究样本量不足、治疗方法选择缺乏统一的标准、研究不够深入等,认为在今后的研究中需进一步探索和完善。
By referring to relevant literature,the paper summarizes the current clinical research status of TCM treatment of limb fracture from the aspects of TCM internal treatment,external treatment and comprehensive therapy.It is concluded that traditional Chinese medicine has significant efficacy,high safety,little adverse reactions,no obvious contraindications and wide clinical application in the treatment of limb fracture.However,there are still many deficiencies in the research in this field,such as insufficient sample size of clinical studies,lack of unified standards for the selection of treatment methods,and insufficient research depth.It is believed that further exploration and improvement are needed in future studies.
