摘要：目的:研究二样膏治疗大鼠局部炎症的作用。方法:(1)观测二样膏对二甲苯致大鼠耳廓炎症影响,Wistar大鼠50只,设为空白对照组、阳性对照组、二样膏组、止痛膏组、铁箍膏组。用二甲苯致炎剂涂在大鼠耳廓造成耳廓炎症模型,将大鼠颈椎脱臼处死,剪下左右两耳,用打孔器打下圆耳片,称重,计算肿胀抑制率。(2)观测二样膏对金黄色葡萄球菌所致大鼠局部炎症的影响,Wistar大鼠50只,设为阳性对照组、模型组、二样膏组、止痛膏组、铁箍膏组。于背部剪毛区皮下注射0.2%金黄色葡萄球菌液0.3mL/只造模,连续用药7天,股动脉取血3mL/只,离心后取血清,按照试剂盒说明操作并检测大鼠血清IL-1α及TNF-α。结果:二样膏、止痛膏、铁箍膏对二甲苯所致大鼠耳廓肿胀都具有明显的抑制作用(P<0.01);各实验药物组比较,尤以二样膏抑制作用显著(P<0.05),且二样膏与红霉素抑制作用相当(P>0.05)。二样膏、止痛膏、铁箍膏对金黄色葡萄球菌所致大鼠局部炎症均有明显的抗炎作用(P<0.01);各实验药物组比较,尤以二样膏抗炎效果显著,(P<0.05)且二样膏与红霉素疗效相当(P>0.05)。结论:二样膏具有明显的消肿、止痛、清热解毒的功能。
Objective：To study the action of Eryanggao in the treatment local inflammation.Methods：（1）Observing the Eryanggaoon the therapeutic effect of xylene induced ear edema,By 50 Wistar rats,establishing the blank control group,model group,treatment group including using Eryanggao,Zhitonggao,Tiegugao,to observe the Eryanggao on the therapeutic effect of xylene induced ear edema killing the rats cervical dislocation and Cutting the ears,after laying the round ear piece with the hole puncher and weighing,calculating the rate of swelling inhibition.（2）Observing the Eryanggao effect to the local inflammation caused by Staphylococcus aureus.By 50 Wistar rats,establishing the positive control group,model group,treatment group including using Eryanggao,Zhitonggao,Tiegugao,injecting subcutaneous 0.2% Staphylococcus liquid by 0.3mL in the rats,back Shearing zone,after 7 days,taking 3mL blood from the femoral artery of every rat and centrifugating.According to kit instructions to detect serum IL-1α and TNF-α.Results：Using non-treatment group as control,the Eryanggao,Zhitonggao,Tiegugao have a significant therapeutic effect on ear swelling（P0.01）,Comparison of erythromycin treatment group,the Eryanggao is best in the inhibitting xylene induced rat ear swelling（P0.05）;and the Eryanggao has a considerable inhibitory effect with erythromycin（P0.05）.The Eryanggao,Zhitonggao,Tiegugao have a significant therapeutic effect on local inflammation caused by Staphylococcus aureus（P0.01）;especially the Eryanggao has a marked effect in anti-inflammatory（P0.05）and the Eryanggao has a considerable inhibitory effect with erythromycin（P0.05）.Conclusion：Eryanggao has obvious effect of subsiding swelling,analgesic.
