摘要:目的系统评价暴露于不同海拔环境对人群高血压患病风险的影响。方法计算机检索PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library、Web of Science、Sinomed、CNKI数据库,搜集关于不同海拔高度下高血压相关研究的文献,检索时间为建库至2022年5月8日。由2名研究者独立筛选文献和提取资料后,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行偏倚风险评价,采用Stata11.0软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入25个研究,随机效应模型Meta分析结果显示,久居高海拔地区人群高血压患病风险高于久居低海拔地区人群(OR=1.35,95%CI:1.16~1.58,P<0.001)。结论高海拔环境可能会增加高血压的患病风险。
Objectives To systematically evaluate the effects of exposure to different elevations on the risk of hypertension.Methods PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library,Web of Science,SinoMed and CNKI databases were searched by computer,and literature related to hypertension at different altitudes were collected from the database establishment to May 8,2022.After literature screening and data extraction by 2 researchers independently,RevMan5.3 software was used for bias risk assessment and Stata11.0 software was used for meta-analysis.Results A total of 25 studies were included,and the results of the random effects model meta-analysis showed that the risk of hypertension in people living at high altitudes was higher than that in people living at low altitudes(OR=1.35,95%CI:1.16~1.58,P<0.001).Conclusion High altitudes may increase the risk of high blood pressure.
