摘要:目的考察不同储存条件下党参药材的质量,为流通领域党参药材商品的快速鉴别提供技术支持,并为优质党参药材原产地贮藏研究奠定基础。方法将党参药材分别在不同条件下(密封容器、密闭干燥、密闭潮湿、充氮、真空、硫磺熏蒸)储存1年,采用HPLC测定党参炔苷含量,并结合近红外光谱,通过相似度评价和聚类分析对其进行比较研究。结果充氮、真空储存的党参药材中党参炔苷含量明显高于其他储存条件。对不同储存条件下党参药材的近红外光谱建模后,能很好地通过聚类分析快速、准确地区分党参药材是否熏硫、发霉。结论密封或充氮、真空储存是获得优质党参药材的储存方法,近红外光谱结合聚类分析可快速鉴别不同储存条件下党参药材的优劣。
Objective To study the quality of Codonipsis Radix under different storage conditions;To provide technical support for the rapid identification of Codonipsis Radix products in circulation area;To lay the foundation for the study on storage of original producing areas of high-quality Codonipsis Radix.Methods Codonipsis Radix was stored under different conditions(air-tight container,well-closed and dry,well-closed and humid,nitrogen filling,vacuum-packing and sulfur fumigation)for a year.The lobetyolin content was determined by HPLC.Near-infrared spectra similarity and cluster analysis were used to compare the samples.Results The lobetyolin content of Codonipsis Radix after nitrogen filling storage and vacuum-packing storage was significantly higher than that under other storage conditions.By modeling near-infrared spectroscopy of Codonipsis Radix,the cluster analysis could distinguish sulfur fumigated from non-sulfur fumigated,or moldy from non-moldy Codonipsis Radix samples quickly and accurately.Conclusion Air-tight container storage or nitrogen filling and vacuum storage are currently the better storage methods to keep high-quality Codonipsis Radix.Near infrared spectroscopy and cluster analysis can applied to develop a fast method for evaluation of the quality of Codonipsis Radix in different storage conditions.
