摘要:目的:探究忍冬种子生长发育过程中干物质积累动态规律,为忍冬的繁育以及新品种选育提供基础理论支撑。方法:选用6年生忍冬植株,对发育状态基本相同忍冬花蕾进行标记,自开花第7 d后每隔2 d进行一次采样,对其种子生长动态进行测定。结果:在开花后37 d左右千粒鲜重达到最大值为3.1424 g/千粒,之后缓慢下降并趋于稳定。忍冬籽粒千粒干重最大值为2.2615 g/千粒,干重最大值为千粒干重变化符合Logistic方程,快速灌浆期为开花后第16~22 d,灌浆速率整体呈现“慢-快-慢”的趋势。脱水速率和含水量受天气影响较大,当脱水速率和含水量降低并趋于稳定时标志种子完成灌浆。结论:千粒干重与灌浆持续期呈极显著正相关,千粒干重与含水量呈显著负相关。忍冬种子灌浆进程受天气影响程度不大,采收期应在开花后第37~43 d,种子含水量为20.59%,浆果皮为深褐色时采收最佳。
Objective:To explore the dynamic law of dry matter accumulation in the process of Lonicera japonica seed growth and development,and to provide basic theoretical support for L. japonica breeding and new variety breeding. Methods:6-year-old L. japonica plants were selected to mark the flower buds of L.japonica with basically the same development state. Samples were taken every two days after the 7th day of flowering,and the seed growth dynamics were measured. Results:The results showed that the fresh weight of 1000 seeds reached the maximum value of 3.142 4 g/1 000 seeds about 37 days after flowering,and then decreased slowly and tended to be stable. The maximum dry weight of one thousand seeds of L. japonica was 2.261 5 g/one thousand seeds,and the maximum dry weight was one thousand seeds.The change of dry weight conformed to the logistic equation. The rapid filling period was the 16th-22th days after flowering,and the filling rate showed a "slow fast slow" trend as a whole. The dehydration rate and water content were greatly affected by the weather. When the dehydration rate and water content decreased and tended to be stable,it indicated that the seed grouting was completed. There was a very significant positive correlation between 1 000 grain dry weight and grouting duration,and a significant negative correlation between 1 000 grain dry weight and water content.Conclusion:The seed filling process of L. japonica was not affected by the weather. The best harvest time should be 37th-43th days after flowering,the seed water content was 20.59%,and the berry skin was dark brown.
