摘要：采用SCL-90精神症状自评量表对新生代农民工进行测量,并对运动处方锻炼与心理健康之间的关系进行了研究。结果表明:1)新生代农民工除人际关系敏感因子外,躯体化、强迫、抑郁、敌对、恐怖、精神病性等因子及阳向项目数、总分均高于国内青年常模;2)运动处方锻炼的新生代农民工与非锻炼的心理健康水平存在着显著性差异;3)在提升新生代农民工心理健康方面,运动处方锻炼是一条行而有效的途径,且运动处方与新生代农民工的心理健康的改善呈正比关系。
The peassant workers are randomly chosen to study the relationship between their psychological health and sports prescription doing by means of SCL - 90 mental symptorrks rating scale. The results indicate that （1） The peasant workers in addition to the sensitive interpersonal relationship factor, body, forced, depression, hostility, phobia and psychotic factors, Yang to the number and total score were higher than domestic norm of youth; （2） Sports exercise prescription of the peasant workers and the exercise of the mental health level there is a significant difference; （3） Sports exercise prescription of the new generation migrant workers and the exercise of the mental health level there is a significant difference; 4） The peasant workers＇ mental health in ascension, sport exercise prescription is a line and effective way, and the exercise prescription and the improvement of mental health of Cenozoic migrant workers was positively relationship.
