摘要:目的:对比3种煎药设备煎煮桔梗汤的效果。方法:以《伤寒论》桔梗汤中桔梗、甘草(甘肃道地药材)为研究对象,用WX-9A祝尔康壶、YJX20/3+1(50-250)C循环煎药包装组合机、YJD20-GL型十功能自动煎药机3种煎药设备分别煎煮,对煎液中的甘草苷、甘草酸含量利用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)进行检测并对比分析。结果:在相同条下件,YJD20-GL型十功能自动煎药机甘草苷、甘草酸铵含量高于祝尔康壶(P<0.05);祝尔康壶高于循环煎药包装组合机(P<0.05)。结论:在相同条件下,YJD20-GL型十功能自动煎药机对桔梗汤的煎煮效果优于祝尔康壶和循环煎药包装组合机,此研究结果可为选择最佳煎药设备奠定基础。
Objective: To compare the effects of three kinds of decoction machine on boiling JieGeng Tang.Methods: Jie Geng [Platycodon grandiflorus(Jacq.) A. DC.] and Gancao(Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch, Gansu genuine regional drug) in JieGeng Tang of Shang Han Lun were taken as the subjects, they were decocted in WX-9A Zhu'erkang electronic drug pot, YJX20/3+1(50-250)C circulation decoction machine and YJD20-GL ten functions automatic decoction machine respectively, the contents of liquiritin and ammonium glycyrrhetate in the decoction were detected and analyzed by HPLC. Results: Under the same conditions, the contents of liquiritin and ammonium glycyrrhetate in the decoction boiled by YJD20-GL ten functions automatic decoction machine were higher compared with the decoction boiled by Zhu'erkang electronic drug pot, Zhu'erkang electronic drug pot was higher than circulation decoction machine, and there was significant difference. Conclusion: Under the same condition, boiling effects of YJD20-GL ten functions automatic decoction machine are superior to Zhu'erkang electronic drug pot and circulation decoction machine, the results could lay foundations for choosing the optimal decoction machines, and guide practical work further.
