摘要：目的:观察"三步二位五法"治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:按纳入与排除标准,选取我科门诊以及住院患者,采用随机对照研究方法,将符合要求的300例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组(150例)和对照组(150例)。治疗组采用"三步二位五法"手法治疗,对照组采用常规牵引方法治疗,2组患者均以3周为1个疗程。观察治疗前后2组的临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.0%,对照组总有效率为72.7%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:应用"三步二位五法"治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效肯定,值得推广。
Objective：To observe the curative effect of three-step and two of five-therapy in treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis.Methods：All 300 patients with nerve root type cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 150 cases each.The three-step and two of five-therapy was used in the treatment group and the conventional traction was used in the control group,3 weeks for a course in both groups.The curative effect was observed.Results：The total effective rate was 96.0% and 72.7% in the treatment group and control group respectively.There was significant difference between the three-step and two of five-therapy group and the conventional traction group（P0.01）.Conclusion：The three-step and two of five-therapy is effective for treating nerve root type cervical spondylosis,so it is worthy for clinical application.
