摘要：金银花是中国名贵中药材之一,具有丰富的化学成分及药理活性。挥发油是金银花中药理活性较为显著的一类物质,有抑菌、抗病毒、抗氧化和解热消炎等多种药理活性。现对金银花挥发油的提取、成分分析及主要药理活性进行归纳总结,并对其研究前景进行展望,以期为金银花的研究及资源的合理开发利用提供理论依据。
Lonicera japonica Thunb.is one of the rare and valuable Chinese medicinal herbs in China,which is rich in chemical composition and pharmacological activity.The volatile oil of L.japonica is a kind of substance with significant pharmacological activities,which has antibacterial,antiviral,antioxidant,antipyretic and anti-inflammatory activities.The content and composition of the volatile oil of L.japonica are affected to different degrees by different extraction methods.This paper summarizes the extraction,composition analysis and main pharmacological activities of the volatile oil of L.japonica,and looks forward to its research prospects,with the aim of providing a theoretical basis for the study of L.japonica and the rational development and utilization of its resources.
