摘要：分析《伤寒杂病论》辨治肺系病证的特点。认为仲景多以六经统赅肺系病证,分表里、虚实、轻重、气血、上下而治,遣方用药多相反相成、脏腑同治,为后世中医辨证论治思维之滥觞。
This paper analyzes the characteristics of syndrome differentiation and treatment recorded in Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases for lung system diseases. It is argued that treatment of lung system diseases should be based on syndrome differentiation of six meridians, and should be differentiated by exterior and interior, deficiency and excess, severe and mild, qi and blood, upper and down. Medication should be based on opposite and complementary, theory and simultaneous treatment of Zang and Fu organs. It applies useful references for the further syndrome differentiation and treatment in TCM.
