摘要：目的:观察补肾祛寒治尪汤联合甲氨喋呤(MTX)治疗类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)的临床疗效及其安全性。方法:采用前瞻随机对照研究方法,临床纳入甘肃中医药大学附属医院风湿骨病科收治的类风湿关节炎(肾虚寒盛证)患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组,比较2组患者的各项临床疗效指标及不良反应情况。结果:治疗组总有效率93.3%,对照组总有效率83.3%,治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组在治疗后临床疗效指标均较前有所改善,但治疗组各项指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组不良反应明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾祛寒治尪汤可以有效改善RA肾虚寒盛证患者的临床症状及实验室指标,同时与MTX联合用药能发挥其减毒增效的优势。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Bushen Quhan Zhiwang decoction with methotrexate(MTX)in treating rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods:60 patients with rheumatoid arthritis(deficient cold syndrome of kidney)admitted to the department of rheumatology,affiliated hospital of Gansu University of traditional Chinese Medicine were enrolled in a peospective randomized controlled study.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,and various clinical efficacy indexes and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 93.3%in the treatment group and 83.3%in the control group.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy indexes of the two groups were improved after treatment,but the indexes of the treatment group were better than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).In addition,the adverse reactions in the treatment group were significantly less than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Quhan Zhiwang decoction can effectively the clinical symptoms and laboratory finger of patients with RA kidney-deficiency and cold-deficiency syndrome,which is an effective Chinese medicine for the treatment of RA deficient cold syndrome of kidney.At the same time,combined with MTX can give full play to its advantages of reducing toxicity and increasing efficiency.
