摘要：目的探讨基于快速康复外科(ERAS)理念的中医适宜技术对股骨颈骨折患者术后恢复影响。方法选取股骨颈骨折术后患者120例,随机分为对照组60例,予以术后常规护理;治疗组60例在对照组护理基础上,予以基于ERAS理念中医适宜技术护理。观察2组患者术后消化道功能、排尿功能恢复情况,护理前后疼痛程度、焦虑抑郁程度、睡眠质量及总满意度。结果治疗组患者术后消化道功能、排尿功能恢复更快,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者护理后的视觉模拟量表(VAS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均低于本组护理前,且治疗组评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者总满意度91.67%(55/60)高于对照组的80.00%(48/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将基于ERAS理念的中医适宜技术应用于股骨颈骨折术后护理,能够加速患者消化道功能、排尿功能恢复,减轻患者术后疼痛、焦虑、抑郁症状,并改善睡眠,提高患者治疗满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of TCM technology based on ERAS on postoperative recovery of patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods 120 patients with femoral neck fracture were randomly divided into the control group of 60 cases received routine nursing and the treatment group of 60 cases received TCM techniques based on ERAS nursing.The digestive tract urination function the degree of pain,anxiety,depression sleep quality and satisfaction of two groups was comapred.Results The recovery of digestive tract function and urination function was faster in the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of visual analog Scale(VAS),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)after nursing in 2 groups were all lower than before nursing in this group,and the scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of patients in the treatment group was 91.67%(55/60),which was higher than that in the control group(80.00%,48/60),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the TCM technology based on ERAS to the postoperative care of femoral neck fracture can accelerate the recovery of patients’diges?tive tract and urination functions,alleviate patients’postoperative pain,anxiety and depression,improve patients’sleep,improve pa?tients’treatment satisfaction,and have positive significance for patients’rapid postoperative recovery.
