摘要：股骨头坏死是一种常见的多病因的骨科疾病,因其高危害性严重影响到患者的生活质量,已引起公众的高度重视。近年来干细胞与再生医学的认知与技术得到了高速发展,许多研究已经证实干细胞移植对早期股骨头坏死有显著影响,甚至可以达到早期股骨头坏死治愈的效果。但是这项技术仍需要进一步深入研究,探索更理想的相关联合疗法,以期能够获得更广泛有效的临床应用。笔者现就干细胞治疗股骨头坏死的现状与进展做一综述。
Femoral head necrosis is a common orthopaedic disease with multiple causes,and its is a great harm to the quality of life of patients. In recent years,the technology of stem cells and regenerative medicine have been rapidly developed. Many studies have proved that stem cell transplantation has a significant impact on early femoral head necrosis,and can even achieve the healing effect of early femoral head necrosis. But the technology still needs to be studied further to explore more ideal combined therapies. The status and progress of stem cell therapy for femoral head necrosis is reviewed.
