摘要:目的:探索药用植物薄荷在生长发育过程中叶片叶绿素、氮素和挥发油等成分含量的变化规律,为薄荷栽培及采收提供参考。方法:采用植物养分速测仪(TYS-3N)测定薄荷不同生长部位、不同龄叶片内叶绿素和氮素的含量;采用蒸馏法(2010年版《中国药典》附录)测定不同龄叶片内挥发油的含量。结果:薄荷叶片内叶绿素、氮素和挥发油含量随叶片发育状态即叶龄的变化而不同,总体呈现幼叶、老叶片含量低,成熟叶片含量高的趋势,且薄荷叶片内叶绿素、氮素含量分布均匀,在同一叶片内不存在部位的差异性。结论:薄荷叶片的采收应以较成熟的叶片为佳。
Objective: To explore the varying pattern of leaf chlorophyll, nitrogen and volatile oil etc. in mint leaves, and to provide reference for the improvement of mint cultivation and harvesting. Methods: TYS-3N was used in measuring the amount of the chlorophyll and nitrogen in mint leaves collected from different parts or different ages. The amount of volatile oil in the leaves with different ages was also measured using distillation(Chinese Pharmacopoeia Appendix 2010). Results: The amount of the chlorophyll, nitrogen and volatile oil in mint leaf changed with the developmental state(leaf age). More specifically, the amount of the tested components was lower in both younger and older leaves while highest in the mature ones. What's more, the chlorophyll and nitrogen were evenly distributed in same mint leave. Conclusion: When harvesting mint leaves, we'd better choose the mature ones.
