摘要：目的:观察补阳健肾方对慢性肾衰竭脾肾阳虚证患者血清学指标(Scr、BUN、RBC、HGB)及症状积分的影响。方法:选取慢性肾衰竭之脾肾阳虚证患者30例,采用自身对照方法,观察治疗前后症状改善情况以及血清学指标的变化。结果:治疗后患者症状较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05);治疗前后比较RBC、HGB均有明显升高(P<0.05),Scr、BUN均有明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:补阳健肾方能明显改善CRF患者的临床症状与体征,提高生活质量;能有效降低Scr、BUN水平,延缓肾衰的进展;可在一定程度上改善患者的贫血状况。
Objective：To observe the effect ofBuShen JianPi Formula on the serum parameters （Scr, BUN, RBC, HGB） and the symptoms for chronic renal failure and spleen-kidney yang deficiency. Methods： 30 patients with chronic renal failure and spleen-kidney Yang deficiency were selected according to self-control method. Before and after treatment, the symptoms to improve the situation and the changes of serological indicators of were observed. Results：Compared with before treatment, symptoms significantly improved in after treatment c （P〈0.05）, the level of RBC and HGB iecrease in the after treatment （P〈0.05）, and the level of Scr and BUN decrease in the after treatment（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： BuShen JianPi formula can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of chronic renal failure and spleen-kidney yang deficiency, improve quality of life, effectively reduce the Scr and BUN levels, slow the progress of renal failure. It may be to improve the patient＇s anemia some extent.
