摘要：目的探讨针刺"三阴穴"改善慢性非细菌性前列腺炎炎症反应的局部免疫机制。方法将48只雄性大鼠随机分成空白组、模型组、药物组和针刺组,每组12只,采用免疫佐剂法造模后,针刺组、药物组分别给予针刺"三阴穴"及舍尼通灌胃治疗15 d,观察各组大鼠的前列腺重量、系数、病理改变及组织匀浆中IgG、IL-8、iNOS含量的变化。结果与模型组相比,针刺组的前列腺重量和系数明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),慢性炎症的病理表现明显好转,针刺组IgG、IL-8、iNOS含量较模型组都有所降低,尤以IL-8显著(P<0.05)。结论针刺"三阴穴"可以改善局部血液循环、调节局部免疫功能、促进炎症恢复。
Objective To study the local immunologic mechanism of needling Sanyin points on improving the inflammatory reaction of chronic abacterial prostatitis. Methods 48 male rats were divided randomly into normal group, model group,drug group and acupuncture group, 12 in each group. The animal models were made by using immunologic adjuvant, and the rats in acupuncture and drug group were treated by needling Sanyin points and feeding Cernihon for 15 days. And observed the change of prostate weight, coefficient, ＂pathology and contents of IgG, IL-8 and iNOS in prostate homogenate. Results Compared with model group, the prostate weight and coefficient, the contents of IgG, IL-8 and iNOS in acupuncture group were significantly decreased （ P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ）, and the pathological manifestation of chronic inflammation was significantly improved. Conclusion Needling Sanyin points can improve the local blood circulation, adjust local immunologic function and promote the recovery of inflammation.
