摘要：力学失衡是膝骨关节炎发生发展的重要机制,恢复力学平衡对膝骨关节炎的治疗具有重要意义。针灸可有效治疗膝骨关节炎,但其治疗机制尚未完全阐明,本文旨在基于生物力学理论探讨针刺、艾灸、针刀、推拿等疗法对于膝骨关节炎的治疗机制,以期为针灸疗法治疗本病进一步提供理论依据。
Mechanical imbalance is an important mechanism of the occurrence and development of Knee osteoarthritis(KOA),and restoring mechanical balance is of great significance for the treatment of Knee osteoarthritis.Acupuncture can effectively treat knee osteoarthritis,but its therapeutic mechanism has not been fully understood.This paper aims to explore the therapeutic mechanism of acupuncture,moxibustion,acupotomy and massage on knee osteoarthritis based on biomechanical theory,in order to provide further theoretical basis for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis by acupuncture therapy.
