摘要：肌筋膜激痛点注射疗法(myofascial trigger points,TrPs)由于独特的临床疗效在临床应用越来越广泛,现针对所报道的TrPs注射疗法进行综述。从激痛点疗法的兴起、TrPs注射作用机制及药物研究、临床应用三个方面对肌筋膜激痛点注射疗法进行文献分析,发现TrPs注射疗法在骨骼肌疼痛、内脏相关疾病、及多发性硬化症、抑郁、颞下颌关节紊乱病等疾病方面有着显著的疗效,并对时下TrPs注射疗法不足提出解决方案,为临床应用和基础研究提供参考。
Myofascial trigger points injection therapy is more and more widely used in clinic due to its unique clinical efficacy.This paper reviews the reported TrPs injection therapy.From the comparison of TRPs injection and acupoint injection,the mechanism of action and drug research of TrPs injection,and clinical application,this paper analyzes the literature of myofascial trigger points injection therapy,and finds that TRPs injection therapy has significant curative effect in skeletal muscle pain,visceral related diseases,multiple sclerosis,depression,temporomandibular joint disorders and other diseases,and it is insufficient for the current TRPs injection therapy,The solution is proposed to provide reference for clinical application and basic research.
