摘要："脾胃互藏五脏"理论在慢性萎缩性胃炎的治疗中具有重要指导意义,体现了以脾胃为核心的治病法则。慢性萎缩性胃炎病位在胃,病程较长且缠绵难愈,往往累及其他脏腑。为提高临床疗效,本文试从"脾胃互藏五脏"理论进行探析,通常达变,并就临床中从他脏论治慢性萎缩性胃炎的可靠性和有效性作一阐释。
The theory of "spleen and stomach interstore five viscera" has an important guiding significance in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis, which embodies the principle of treating patients with spleen and stomach as the core. The disease location of chronic atrophic gastritis is in the stomach, and the course of the disease is long and lingering, which is difficult to heal, often involving other viscera. In order to improve the clinical efficacy, this article tried to analyze from the theory of "spleen and stomach interstore five viscera", which usually changes, and explains the reliability and effectiveness of treating chronic atrophic gastritis from other viscera in clinical practice.
