摘要：“敢闯会创”人才培养范式是高校创新创业教育体系的深层次变革,也是高等教育改革的重要内容。从教学内容设计、教学方法创新、教学模式变革等方面对“敢闯会创”人才培养模式进行全方位改革,并推进创新创业教育与专业教育全面融合。甘肃×大学基于专创融合改革构建“敢闯会创”人才培养新范式,探索专创融合改革的新方法,总结其成效及成功经验,可为同类型高校人才培养范式创新、全面深化创新创业教育改革及提高教学质量提供借鉴和指导。
The training paradigm of“dare to venture and innovate”is not only a profound reform of the innovation and entrepreneurship education system in colleges and universities,but also an important content of higher education reform.It is necessary to carry out all-round reform from the aspects of teaching content design,teaching method innovation and teaching mode reform,and promote the comprehensive integration of innovation and entrepreneurship with professional education.Based on the practice of a university in Gansu province in constructing a new talent training paradigm of“dare to venture and innovate”,this paper explores a new method of reform of the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship with professional education,summarizes its effects and successful experience,and provides reference and guidance for the innovation of talent training paradigm in colleges and universities,the comprehensive deepening of innovation and entrepreneurship education reform,and the improvement of teaching quality.
