摘要:目的探讨模拟执业医师考核在西医外科学教学中的应用效果及存在的问题。方法随机抽取甘肃中医药大学中医学五年制本科2011级40名学生及2012级级40名学生为研究对象,分别采用传统考核和模拟执业医师考核。分析比较2组学生的成绩、学生对考核形式和难度的满意度、考核对自身能力反映程度评分以及考核导向作用评分。结果学生对模拟执业医师考核形式的满意度高于传统考核(P<0.05),对考核难度的满意度低于传统考核(P<0.01)。模拟执业医师考核对学生能力的反映程度及对学习和知识的导向作用均高于传统考核(P<0.05)。模拟执业医师考核成绩低于传统考核(P<0.01)。结论模拟执业医师考核的实施符合"以学生为中心"的教育理念,对提高西医外科学的教学质量、学生能力的培养及知识的导向均有重要意义。但是,为适应模拟执业医师考核,教学理念的更新、培养模式的转变、培养方案的完善势在必行。
Objective To investigate the application effect and the existing problems of simulated medical licensing examination in western medical surgery teaching. Method 40 students in grade 2011 and 40 students in grade 2012 of five-year program Chinese medicine major from Gansu University of Chinese Medicine were randomly selected and checked by traditional examination and simulated medical licensing examination respectively. The achievement, satisfaction degree to the examination form and difficulty, scores of self ability reflection and guiding role in learning and knowledge in 2 groups were an- alyzed and compared. Result The satisfaction degree to the form of simulated medical licensing examination was higher than traditional examination(P〈0. 05), the difficulty was lower than traditional examination(P〈0. 01). The scores of self ability reflection and guiding role in learning and knowl- edge of simulated medical licensing examination was higher than traditional examination(P〈0. 05). The achievement of of simulated medical licensing examination was lower than traditional examination (P〈0. 01). Conclusion Simulated medical licensing examination was accord with student-centered, and it had great significance for improving the teaching quality, ability training and knowledge orien-tation. However, in order to adapt to simulated medical licensing examination, updating teaching concepts, changing cultivate model and perfecting training plan are imperative.
