摘要：目的观察当归补血汤对慢性心衰模型大鼠心功能、血浆肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及白介素-6(IL-6)的影响。方法将Wistar大鼠随机分为5组,空白组、模型组、常规治疗组、常规治疗组+当归补血汤低剂量组(简称常规治疗+低剂量组)和常规治疗组+当归补血汤高剂量组(简称常规治疗+高剂量组),采用异丙肾上腺素(ISO)多点皮下注射制作心力衰竭模型。造模成功后,各组分别给予不同药物灌胃45d。用心脏彩色多普勒超声仪检测大鼠的左室射血分数(LVEF)、短轴缩短率(FS);用放射免疫法检测大鼠血浆TNF-α及IL-6。结果治疗后各治疗组与模型组比较LVEF和FS均显著提高(P﹤0.05),加用当归补血汤2组均优于常规治疗组(P﹤0.05)。各治疗组与模型组比较TNF-α、IL-6均下降(P﹤0.05),其中,加用低剂量当归补血汤组TNF-α及IL-6下降与常规治疗组比较差异有统计意义(P﹤0.05)。结论在西药常规治疗的基础上加用当归补血汤能够进一步改善模型大鼠的心功能,降低血浆TNF-α、IL-6含量。
Objective To observe the effects of Dangguibuxue Decoction on heart function,plasma TNF-α and IL-6 in rats with cardia failure.Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into five groups,blank group,model group,conventional therapy group,conventional therapy ＋ Dangguibuxue Decoction low-dose group（conventional therapy ＋ low-dose group）,conventional therapy ＋ Dangguibuxue Decoction high-dose group（conventional therapy ＋ high-dose group）.Cardia failure model were established by hypodermic injection isopropylarterenol（ISO） in each group,except the blank group.After modeling,the corresponding treatment was started in each group.After 45 days,the LVEF,FS was detected by colored doppler of diasonography,the plasma TNF-α and IL-6 was detected by method of radio-immunity in each group.Results Compared with model group,the LVEF and FS of each therapy group was higher（P ﹤ 0.05）,TNF-α and IL-6 was lower（P ﹤ 0.05）.Compared with conventional therapy group,the LVEF and FS of conventional therapy ＋ low-dose group and conventional therapy ＋ high-dose group was higher（P ﹤ 0.05）.Compared with conventional therapy group,TNF-α and IL-6 of conventional therapy ＋ low-dose group was lower（P ﹤ 0.05）.Conclusion Western medicine conventional therapy ＋ Dangguibuxue Decoction may improve cardiac function,and to reduce the content of plasma TNF-α and IL-6 in rats with cardia failure.
