摘要:目的探讨中麻黄不同生长期3种药效成分(麻黄碱、伪麻黄碱、甲基麻黄碱)的变化规律。方法中麻黄1.44%磷酸提取物的分析采用Hypersil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,10μm);流动相甲醇-0.092%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温25℃;检测波长210 nm。结果麻黄碱、伪麻黄碱、甲基麻黄碱分别在16.2~519μg/mL(r=0.9998)、14.9~447μg/mL(r=0.9999)、0.5~16μg/mL(r=0.9999)范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率95%~195%,RSD<3.0%。结论该方法准确稳定,重复性好,可用于中麻黄的质量控制。
AIM To explore the change rules of three active constituents in Ephedra intermedia Schrenk ex Mey. at different growth stages.METHODS The analysis of 1.44% phosphoric acid extract of E. intermedia was performed on a 25 ℃ thermostatic Hypersil C18column(250 mm×4.6 mm,10 μm), with the mobile phase comprising of methanol-0.092% phosphoric acid flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelength was set at 210 nm.RESULTS Three constituents showed good linear relationships within the ranges of 16.2-519 μg/mL(r=0.9998)、14.9-447 μg/mL(r=0.9999)、0.5-16 μg/mL(r=0.9999),whose average recoveries were 95%-195%,RSD<3.0%.CONCLUSION This accurate,stable and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of E. intermedia.
