摘要：目的:观察"胰腺穴"结合体征诊断治疗慢性胰腺炎的临床效果,并设立诊断标准,治疗上制定以胰腺穴为主组成的针灸标准处方,治疗慢性胰腺炎。方法:将在临床上误诊的45例病人,通过自身对照,观察诊断、治疗效果。结果:制定以"胰腺穴"为主,配伍中脘、阳陵泉等针灸标准处方,可以在2周内治愈、缓解慢性胰腺炎;痊愈32例,显效6例,有效5例,无效2例。结论:胰腺穴结合体征是诊断、治疗慢性胰腺炎的特效穴位,胰腺穴为主的针灸处方,是治疗慢性胰腺炎的最佳配伍处方。
Objective：To observe the＂ YiXian points＂ combines a body disease diagnosis to cure the clinical effect of chronic pancreatitis, and establish to diagnose standard, cure top to draw up regard pancreas cave as principle constitute of puncture standard prescription, cure chronic pancreatitis. Methods ： Will 45 patients in clinical last misdiagnosis, check against through an oneself,observe diagnosis and cure effect. Results： The establishment regard＂YiXian points＂ as principle and go together with Zhong Wan,Yang Ling Quan,etc. puncture standard prescription, can at 2 with in the week cure, alleviate chronic pancreatitis; Recover from illness 32, show effect 6, valid 5, invalid 2. Conclusion ： The＂ YiXian points＂ combines a body certificate is diagnosis, cure chronic pancreatitis of special effect acupuncture points, the pancreas cave is a main acupuncture prescription, is cure chronic pancreatitis of the best go together with five prescriptions.
