摘要：目的调查影响高血压病(肝阳上亢证)患者睡眠质量的因素,并探讨中医护理对策。方法对300名高血压病(肝阳上亢证)患者的睡眠状况进行调查、评估,填写睡眠状况调查表,并对睡眠障碍的原因进行总结归纳。结果 160位患者存在不同程度的睡眠障碍,主要影响因素为病理因素、环境因素、精神心理因素等。结论多数高血压病(肝阳上亢证)患者均合并睡眠障碍,积极的中西医护理措施可帮助患者改善睡眠。
Objective： To investigate the factors influencing the sleeping quality in hypertensive sleep disorder patients of ascendant hyperactivity of liver yang pattern,and explore Chinese medicine nursing methods.Methods： 300 hypertensive sleep disorder patients of ascendant hyperactivity of liver yang pattern were recruited to investigate and evaluat the sleeping quality.Questionnaire were filled,and finally the reasons of sleep disorder were summarized and concluded.Results： 160 patients had diffenrent grades of sleep disorder.The main influencing factors were pathology factor,environmental factor and mental factor,etc.Conclusion： Most hypertensive patients are subjected to sleep disorder,and active Chinese and western medicine nursing can help patients with sleep disorder.
