摘要：马继兴先生认为《辅行诀藏府用药法要》(《辅行诀》)"成书年代下限决不晚于北宋初期前",是敦煌藏经洞遗书。通过对《辅行诀藏府用药法要》之救五脏中恶卒死方与现存古医籍的比较研究发现,此五方皆可以在现存古医籍中找到其踪影,其中有三方在现存古医籍的记载晚于南宋。综合来看,《辅行诀》之成书上限当不会早于《本草纲目》,即明中晚期。若是这样,它当然不可能出自敦煌藏经洞。
Mr.Ma Jixing holds that Fuxingjueis the legacy of Dunhuang Library Cave,and its written time was impossibly later than early Northern Song Dynasty.Comparative study among Prescription of Saving Sudden Death Caused by Five-zang Organs＇ Evil in Fuxingjue and existing ancient medical books showed that five prescriptions can all be found in the existing ancient medical books,including three recorded later after Southern Song Dynasty.On the whole,the written time of Fuxingjue was not earlier than Compendium of Materia Medica which was written in the middle and late Ming Dynasty.Therefore it certainly is not from Dunhuang Library Cave.
