摘要：目的:探究脂蛋白在局部晚期宫颈癌患者中的表达及临床意义。方法:回顾性分析局部晚期宫颈癌患者101例与同期健康女性100例的临床资料,比较脂蛋白在局部晚期宫颈癌与正常女性间表达差异性以及脂蛋白在各病理危险因素中的表达。结果:观察组高密度脂蛋白水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组低密度脂蛋白显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。宫旁肿瘤侵犯阳性者低密度脂蛋白水平明显高于阴性者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:低密度脂蛋白可能是局部晚期宫颈癌宫旁肿瘤侵犯的危险因素。
Objective：To explore the expression and clinical significance of lipoprotein in patients with locally advanced cervical cancer.Methods：The clinical data of 101 cases of patients with locally advanced cervical cancer and 100 cases of healthy women in the same period were analyzed retrospectively,the difference of lipoprotein expression between locally advanced cervical cancer and normal women and the expression of lipoproteins in various pathological risk factors were compared.Results：The level of high density lipoprotein in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The low density lipoprotein in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The level of low density lipoprotein in the positive group of parametrium neoplasm invasiveness was significantly higher than that of negative group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Low density lipoprotein（LDL） may be risk factor for parametrium neoplasm invasiveness in locally advanced cervical cancer.
