摘要:目的研究β-环糊精包合荆芥中挥发油的最佳工艺,提高产品的质量。方法采用正交实验法,考察挥发油包封率、包合物得率2个指标;用紫外分光光度法测定挥发油的包封率;通过薄层色谱法验证包合物结果;采用热重分析法对包合物的性质和包合效果进行检测。结果优选出包合工艺为:挥发油∶β-环糊精(β-CD)为1∶8,采用饱和β-环糊精水溶液制备方法制备,包合温度50℃,包合时间3.5 h。结论此工艺使液态变固体,减少挥发油的挥发,便于制剂并适合大生产。
Objective To determine the optimum method of inclusion of volatile oil from Herba Schizonepetae by β-cvclodextrin, and to improve the quality of the products. Methods Orthogonal test was used. Taking the inclusion rate of volatile oil and obtainable rate of β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound as the evaluation of the inclusion process; ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of volatile oil in the inclusion compound; TLC method was used to validate the inclusion process. The hot and heavy analytical method was selected to determine the character of the inclusion compound and inclusion effect. Results The optimum condition was: the proportion of volatile oil and β- cyclodextrin was 1 : 8, inclusion temperature was 50℃, and inclusion time was 3.5 h. Conclusion This method turns liquid state into solid state to reduce the volatilization of volatile oil , which is convenient and suitable for massproduct.
