摘要：张士卿教授临证法宗仲景,善用经方,师古不泥,强调“用药如用兵”,常以“经方头,时方尾”辨证用药,抓核心病机,巧用对药,效如桴鼓。本文总结张教授治疗小儿肺系疾病13对常用对药,分析其组成、配伍特点及临床适应证等,展现张师用药特色,进一步传承发扬其学术思想经验,为临床提供指导和借鉴。
Professor Zhang Shiqing follows Zhang Zhongjing's treatment principle in clinical practice and makes good use of classical prescriptions,medicates flexibly and studies treatment of ancient doctors without being constrained by them.He emphasized that“medication is like military use”.He often uses medication according to the syndrome differentiation with“classical prescriptions as the mainly used prescriptions,current prescriptions as the assistant prescriptions”,grasping the core pathogenesis,skillfully using couplet medicines,and the efficacy is immediate.This article summarized 13 pairs of commonly used couplet medicines for pulmonary diseases in children treated by Professor Zhang,analyzed their composition,compatibility characteristics and clinical indications,and showed Professor Zhang's medication characteristics,in order to further inherit and develop his academic thought and experience,and provide guidance and reference for clinical practice.
