摘要：骨质疏松症(OP)是一种由多因素导致的临床慢性代谢性骨病。随着我国人口老龄化的加重,其防治已成为现代医学的研究热点问题之一。据其临床特点,此病应隶属于中医学"骨痿""骨缩""骨枯"等范畴。《灵枢·经脉》载:"骨为干,脉为营,筋为刚,肉为墙"。故而笔者认为,据以此,骨干之病,当与筋脉、肌肉之关系密不可分。文章将由此点出发,探讨"骨、筋、肌肉"三者之间的平衡性与OP发病的相关性,希望能为临床治疗此病提供行之有效的理论依据。
Osteoporosis(OP)is a clinical chronic metabolic bone disease caused by multiple factors.With the aggravation of population aging in our country,its prophylaxis and treatment has become one of the hot issues in modern medicine.According to its clinical characteristics,the disease should be subordinate to the traditional Chinese medicine‘bone flaccidity’,‘bone shrinkage’,‘bone withered’and other disease areas.Lingshu·Jingmai records:‘The bone is dry,the vein is camp,the tendon is just,the meat is the wall’.Therefore,the author believes,for curing orthopedic diseases,the treatment must be inseparable from tendon and ligament,and muscles.Author will start from this point to explore the correlation between the balance between the‘bones,tendons and muscles’and the incidence of OP,hoping this thesis can provide effective theoretical basis to the clinic treatment of OP.
