摘要：目的探讨不同频次的腕踝针治疗慢性膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法根据纳入和排除标准选取慢性膝关节骨性关节炎患者70例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将患者分为2组,各35例。治疗1组每天接受1次腕踝针治疗,治疗2组每2 d接受1次腕踝针治疗。采用疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)和西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)对患者进行评估,对比2组临床治疗效果。结果治疗后2组VAS评分均较治疗前降低,且治疗1组VAS评分低于治疗2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后2组WOMAC评分均较治疗前降低,且治疗1组WOMAC评分低于治疗2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗1组总有效率91.43%(32/35),高于治疗2组的85.71%(30/35)。结论腕踝针治疗膝关节骨性关节炎效果明确,相比于每2 d治疗1次,每天治疗1次能进一步缓解慢性膝关节骨性关节炎临床症状。
Objective To investigate the effect of wrist-ankle acupuncture with different treatment frequencies in treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee.Methods Totally 70 patients with osteoarthritis of the knee were randomly divided into the first study group and the second study group.The wrist-ankle acupuncture therapy was adopted once a day in the first study group and once per two days in the second study group.Patients were investigated with Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and Western Ontario and McMaster Universities osteoarthritis(OA)index(WOMAC).The clinical effect of treatment was compared between two groups.Results The VAS score was decreased in two groups after treatment,and was lower in the first study group than that in the second study group(P<0.01).The WOMAC score in the first study group was lower than that in the second study group after the treatment(P<0.01).The total effective rate was 91.43%(32/35)in the first study group and 85.71%(30/35)in the second study group.Conclusion The wrist-ankle acupuncture is effective in treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee.Compared with acupuncture performed at once per two days,acupuncture performed once a day may lead to better outcomes.
