摘要：大黄酚是中药大黄、何首乌和虎杖的主要有效成分,是一种具有多方面生物治疗潜力的天然蒽醌。大量研究证明大黄酚具有抗癌抗肿瘤、保护神经、改善学习认知功能障碍、保护心肌等多种药理作用,它强烈调控NF-κB和丝裂原活化蛋白激酶通路。截至目前,大黄酚极少以单体的形式应用于临床。通过查阅国内外近3年的文献,对大黄酚药理作用研究进展进行梳理和总结,为大黄酚的进一步开发和临床应用提供参考。
Chrysophanol is the main effective component of traditional Chinese medicine Dahuang(Radix Et Rhizoma Rhei),Heshouwu(Radix Polygoni Multiflori)and Huzhang(Rhizoma Et Radix Polygoni Cuspidwi),and it is a kind of natural anthraquinone with various biotherapeutic potential.A large number of studies have shown that chrysophanol has a variety of pharmacological activities,such as anticancer and anti-tumor,protecting nerve,improving learning and cognitive impairment,protecting myocardium and so on.It strongly regulates NF-κB and mitogen-activated protein kinase pathway.Up to now,chrysophanol is rarely used in clinic in the form of monomers.By consulting the literature at home and abroad in the past three years,the new progress in the pharmacological action of chrysophanol was combed and summarized in order to provide reference for the further development and clinical application of chrysophanol.
