摘要:马铃薯渣是生产SCP饲料的廉价易得的原料,利用微生物转化技术生产SCP饲料是马铃薯渣资源化利用的有效途径。发酵马铃薯渣常用的微生物主要有酵母菌、霉菌、芽孢杆菌和乳酸菌。发酵方式主要有液体深层发酵、半固体和固体发酵。本文综述了利用微生物转化马铃薯渣生产SCP饲料的主要菌株、发酵工艺、国内外研究现状及今后的研究方向,为开展相关研究提供参考借鉴。
Potato residue is the cheap,easy-to-get material to produce the SCP feed.To produce the SCP feed by microbial transformation is an effective way of resourceful utilization of potato residue.The frequent microorganism to ferment potato residue are saccharomycetes,mould,bacillus and lactic acid bacteria.The fermenting ways include submerged fermentation,semisolid and solid fermentations.The paper reviews the chief bacteria strains to produce the SCP feed from potato residue by microbial transformation,fermenting techniques,the research status at home and abroad and the future research orientation,which provides reference for concerned research.
