摘要:目的研究竹节参在我国的生态适宜性区划,为竹节参的规范化栽培提供可靠的参考依据。方法通过查阅中国数字植物标本馆(CVH)和实际调查获得的竹节参地理信息,运用最大熵模型和ArcGIS10软件分析得到其生态适宜性区划。结果影响竹节参生长的4个主要生态因子为9月降水量、坡度、11月温度、温度季节性变化标准差。竹节参适宜生长区为甘肃东南部、陕西南部、四川中南部、西藏自治区东南部、云南东部、贵州西部、重庆南部、湖北西部、湖南南部、广西壮族自治区北部、浙江西南部。结论本研究可为我国竹节参野生资源的保护及规范化种植提供重要参考依据。
Objective To study the ecological suitability of Panacis Japonici Rhizoma in China;To provide a reliable reference for the standard cultivation of Panacis Japonici Rhizoma.Methods The geographic information of Panacis Japonici Rhizoma was obtained by consulting Chinese virtual herbarium(CVH)and actual investigation.The ecological suitability zoning was obtained by using MaxEnt model and ArcGIS software.Results The four main ecological factors affecting the growth of Panacis Japonici Rhizoma were precipitation in September,slope,temperature in November,and standard deviation of seasonal changes in temperature.The results showed that the suitable growth areas of Panacis Japonici Rhizoma were southeastern Gansu,southern Shaanxi,south central Sichuan,southeastern Tibet,eastern Yunnan,western Guizhou,southern Chongqing,western Hubei,southern Hunan,northern Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,and southwestern Zhejiang.Conclusion This study can provide an important reference for the protection and standardized cultivation of wild resources of Panacis Japonici Rhizoma.
