摘要：肛窦炎是肛肠科常见炎症性疾病之一,也是多种肛肠疾病的潜在原发灶。临床以肛内灼热、刺痛、肛门坠胀等不适为主要表现,部分患者伴有骶尾部疼痛,疾病迁延可影响患者睡眠,甚至出现烦躁、焦虑、抑郁,对患者的身心健康及生活质量造成严重影响。中医治疗该病,以局部用药为主,包括中药灌肠、中药坐浴、药物纳肛、针灸治疗等,中医内治从湿热、浊毒、瘀毒及脏腑肝脾等方面进行辨证施治,分别采用清化湿热、活血止痛,解毒化浊、清热止痛,清热利湿、散瘀解毒,清肝疏肝、健脾化湿等治法。西医治疗以保守治疗为主,口服或局部外用抗炎、镇痛药物缓解症状,对于病情顽固者考虑行手术治疗。
Anal sinusitis is one of the common inflammatory diseases in the anorectal department,and it is also the potential primary of many anorectal diseases.The main clinical manifestations are anal burning,stinging pain,anal swelling and discomfort,and some patients are accompanied by sacral pain.The prolonged disease can affect patients'sleep,and even irritability,anxiety,and depression,causing serious impact on patients'physical and mental health and quality of life.The treatment of this disease in traditional Chinese medicine is mainly local drugs,including enema,sitbath,anal treatment,acupuncture and moxibustion,etc.The internal treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is based on syndrome differentiation from dampness and heat,turbidness and poison,blood stasis and zang fu,liver and spleen,respectively using clearing dampness and heat,activating blood and relieving pain;detoxifying turbid,clear heat and relieve pain;clearing heat and dampness,dispersing stasis and detoxifying;clearing the liver and soothing the liver,invigorating the spleen and dampening the spleen.Western medicine treatment is mainly conservative treatment,oral or local topical anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs to relieve symptoms,for stubborn patients to consider surgical treatment.
