摘要：基于将慢性骨髓炎的发病机制及载药缓释系统应用于局部治疗中的认识,分别对慢性骨髓炎的病因病机、载药缓释系统中的材料和用药进行阐述,浅谈载药缓释系统在慢性骨髓炎局部治疗中的可行性和需要克服的问题,为慢性骨髓炎治疗提供另一思路,对扩大中药制剂的现代应用具有重要的学术和经济意义。
Based on the pathogenesis of chronic osteomyelitis and application drug delivery system for local treatment, the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic osteomyelitis, the material and medication in drug delivery system were elaborated respectively. The feasibility and problems of the treatment were analyzed, to provide ideas for further treatment. The method can receive important academic and economic significance for modem TCM medicine..
