摘要：经筋与筋膜在支持机体运动、保护内脏功能、协调机体平衡方面功能一致,可以认为,筋膜属于十二经筋的子集,经筋包含了骨骼肌及其附属组织、全身软组织、筋肉系统与神经系统。故经筋与筋膜相关疾病虽无固定关联,但却相互影响。经筋病的治疗以筋结点为基础,筋膜病的治疗以触发点为基础,治疗手段均以针刺为主,推拿、牵引和药物为辅。二者的作用机理均是通过对靶点的刺激,松解局部筋膜,在运动的过程中,通过筋膜链传导作用,把这种松解作用传递至深层筋膜、骨膜乃至内脏筋膜,达到恢复人体软组织和内脏结构平衡的作用。治疗经筋病以寻找筋结点和阿是穴为主,治疗筋膜病以寻找触发点为主,但二者的诊断均注重触诊,且多数可在局部找到压痛点与条索状组织,均需要配合运动以达到对全身和局部的共同调节。与经筋病相比,筋膜病的诊断手段更为丰富,二者若能互相借鉴,取长补短,则疗效更佳。
Meridian sinew and fascia have the same function in supporting body movement,protecting visceral function and coordinating body balance.It can be thought that fascia belongs to a subset of twelve meridians sinew,which includes skeletal muscle and its accessory tissues,whole body′s soft tissues,muscle system and nervous system.Therefore,although there is no fixed relationship between meridian sinew and fascia related diseases,they interact with each other.The treatment of meridian sinew disease is based on the tendon nodes,while the treatment of fascia disease is based on the trigger points.Acupuncture is the main therapy,supplemented by massage,traction and drugs.The mechanism of the two is to release the local fascia through the stimulation of the related target.In the process of exercise,the release effect is transmitted to the deep fascia,periosteum and even visceral fascia through the conduction of fascia chain,so as to restore the balance of human soft tissues and visceral structure.The treatment of meridian sinew disease is mainly to find the tendon node and Ashi point,while the treatment of fascia disease is mainly to find the trigger point.However,the diagnosis of both focuses on palpation,and most of them can find the tenderness point and cord-like tissue in the local area.Both need to cooperate with movement to achieve the common regulation of the whole body and the local area.Compared with meridian sinew disease,the diagnostic methods of fascia disease are more abundant.If both can use each other for reference,learn from each others′strong points and close the gap,the curative effect will be much better.
