摘要：史正刚教授认为小儿多发性抽动障碍病位在肝、心,常及肺、脾、肾;风火相煽为其发病主因,痰瘀交阻是本病反复发作的宿根,阳有余、阴不足、阴阳失衡是其病机关键。该病临床分为发作期和稳定期。发作期可辨证为风痰内扰证和阴虚风动证,前者治以化痰祛瘀、息风止痉,予菖蒲郁金汤加减;后者治以滋补肝肾、息风止痉,予滋阴止抽汤加减。稳定期则以脾虚气弱证为主,当注意顾护脾运、慎避风寒、调畅神志以健脾运,改善体质。附案例1则,以资验证。
Professor SHI Zhenggang holds that Tourette syndrome in children directed by origins from liver and heart,often reaches lung,spleen and kidney.Wind and fire are the main causes;phlegm and blood stasis are the pe-rennial root of this disease;excess yang,deficiency of yin and imbalance of yin and yang are the key pathogenesis of this disease.It is divided into attack period and stable period clinically.In the attack period,it can be differentiated as wind-phlegm internal disturbance syndrome and yin deficiency and wind stirring syndrome.The former is treated by resolving phlegm,removing stasis,relieving wind,antispasmodic,and modified Changpu Yujin Tang(菖蒲郁金汤)is used.The latter is treated by nourishing liver and kidney,relieving wind,antispasmodic,and modified Ziyin Zhichou Tang(滋阴止抽汤)is used.As spleen deficiency and weak syndrome is quite common in the stable period,attention should be paid to protecting the spleen,avoiding wind and cold,smoothing mind to invigorate spleen,and improving physique.One case is attached for verification.
