摘要：通下法为治疗缺血性卒中的重要原则,但其具体机制尚不完全明确。本文基于“脑肠相通”理论,从肠道菌群、脑肠肽、脑-肠轴角度对通下法治疗缺血性卒中机理进行探讨,认为肠道菌群为治疗缺血性卒中的作用靶点、脑肠肽为其物质基础、脑-肠轴为重要通路,可为从肠道出发论治缺血性卒中提供理论依据。
Purgation method is an important principle for the treatment of ischemic stroke,but its specific mechanism is not completely clear.Based on the theory of“brain-intestinal communication”,this article discussed the mechanism of the treatment of ischemic stroke from the perspective of intestinal flora,brain-gut peptide and brain-gut axis.It was believed that the intestinal flora is the target for the treatment of ischemic stroke,the brain-gut peptide is the material basis,and the brain-gut axis is an important pathway.It provids a theoretical basis for the treatment of ischemic stroke from the intestine.
