摘要:牛奶蛋白过敏是生命早期最典型的食物过敏之一。牛奶蛋白过敏的发生由免疫机制介导,目前发病机制尚不明确,主要表现为肠道炎症和皮肤过敏。越来越多的证据表明肠道微生态的破坏与食物过敏的发展密切相关,而生命早期肠道微生物定植是影响食物过敏发展的一个关键因素。研究生命早期肠道微生态的形成在婴幼儿牛奶蛋白过敏中的作用,并及时干预肠道稳态的建立,是降低牛奶蛋白过敏风险的有效策略。本文简要介绍了儿童牛奶蛋白过敏的临床特征和影响肠道稳态形成的因素,深入探讨了婴幼儿牛奶蛋白过敏发生的肠道免疫机制,并指出使用益生菌来改变肠道微生物群的组成将成为一种更有效的预防和治疗策略。
Cow's milk protein allergy(CMPA)is one of the most common food allergies in early life.CMPA is mediated by immune mechanisms,and its exact pathogenesis remains unclear.It primarily manifests as intestinal inflammation and skin allergies.Increasing evidence suggests that disruption of the intestinal microbiota is closely associated with the development of food allergies,and early-life intestinal microbiota colonization is a key factor influencing the development of food allergies.Investigating the role of early-life intestinal microbiota formation in infant CMPA and intervening to establish intestinal homeostasis is an effective strategy to reduce the risk of CMPA.This article briefly introduces the clinical characteristics of CMPA in children and the factors influencing the formation of intestinal homeostasis.It also delves into the intestinal immune mechanisms underlying the occurrence of CMPA in infants and young children,and highlights that using probiotics to alter the composition of the intestinal microbiota will become a more effective preventive and therapeutic strategy.
